Health Yetu serves Samburu and Marsabit County in Northern Kenya, where the road ends. Mobile camps reach Korr, Kargi, Archers Post, Moite, South Horr, Wamba, and Laisamis — places that don't appear on most maps. The work is local: care is delivered by Kenyan clinicians, on Kenyan terms, in communities that know them.

Cataract blindness, untreated dental infection, and cervical cancer are all solvable. The barriers are people, infrastructure, and capital. Trained clinicians willing to work in remote counties. Vehicles and equipment to reach them. Sustained funding to keep going. Yetu Triathlon funds all three.
